I met Emily and Jordan last year doing extended family portraits and was so happy to be able to do a session just for their little family.
The lighting for this session was just so beautiful. I love this time of year, trees were blossoming and budding so the light filtering through them was magical and glowing. The Logan river's willow trees were especially spectacular.
This session almost didn't happen. About an hour before the session, it was snowing (yes, snowing) with clouds everywhere. Then, the clouds cleared, the sun came out and the clear sky sunset showed up. Welcome to living in Cache Valley in the spring. Our weather can change just like that.
Lucky for me, our crazy weather cooperated and we were able to capture the beauty of Logan's spring and this darling family.
